The mission of the Foundation's licensing department is to promote Cesar's legacy and values by licensing his intellectual property to educational, non-profit, and commercial entities whose projects educate the public about Cesar and further his legacy. All proceeds from such licenses directly support the Foundation's programs.

If you would like to license Cesar's name, likeness, image, voice, or writings for any project you must complete our licensing questionnaire and return it via fax, email, or mail to:

All licensing requests and fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; the Foundation cannot, however, process or review your request or proposal until the questionnaire has been completed and submitted to our office.  Please note that it will take 2-3 weeks to process your request.
